"Very quick line. Which was great considering the heat we have been having. But, they had all the lanes to the bays open, so the line was moving well. The woman I had who did my car was very nice and friendly, and we even joked with each other a little. Pleasant time considering it was a Motor Vehicle Inspection Station."

"Told 3 different things by 3 different useless tellers. Had my documents checked last week by front desk and told that all were acceptable only to go back a week later and be told it’s not by a rude unhelpful lady who shut down any conversation regarding how I can get help. Disgusting service and personas in front of the public."

"The greatest thing about this place is that I get to leave and come back maybe every two years or so. The employees however have no skills or prospects to improve their lives so they are stuck being miserable day after day. They know that they will never amount to anything so they take what little power they have and wield it in an attempt to make themselves happy. No matter how hard they try to mess with people’s lives it will never bring them true happiness and joy. Just a bunch of broken cogs in a malfunctioning clock."

"So unhelpful and condescending. Went in for a real ID appointment and they were angry I didn’t bring in any bills with my name and address, when I followed the DMV website to pick out my 6 points of ID. One of the processing employees could not seem to understand that I did not have a college ID or any utility bills. Don’t bother coming here if you didn’t bring a credit card bill, they just will refuse to take anything else. The younger man checking people in was extremely helpful and friendly, the older ladies need some compassion and friendliness training."
