"I purchased a 2 slice and soda special. Got home, (mind you I live right down the street)open the first slice I thought I saw a nat, I dismissed it , but looked at the other slice there's a nat in the other slice. Call spoke with the Manager that Flat out told me it they got the Some way else. BE AWARE!! I have it in video!!!!! I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE! I ACTUALLY LOVE THIS 7-11! I WAS JUST TRYING TO MAKE THEM AWARE!! I DIDN'T ASK FORBA REFUND OR EXCHANGE. I JUST WANTED THEM TO KNOW, BUT THE OTHERWISE NICE MANGER GOT ANGRY WHEN I TOLD HER!!!"

"The family who runs this location during the day is shady. I bought a water for $3.00 and snack for $1.50 but when I went to pay the woman at the register, charged me $7.50. I asked her to repeat the price of the items and she claimed to have misread the total. I'm sure she "misreads" totals all day long. On top of that, they don't give you the change you're owed, unless you ask for it. The night time staff isn't great but they don't try to clip you. Count your change."

"During the day when the owner is there, it’s efficient and well stocked. At night the staff is incompetent and are not professional the least. 3 staff members one on register the other two complaining about a line forming while continuing with their “duties”. Customers should not have to wait 10 minutes to cash out nor should the employees show blatant frustration. The main employee with the updo braids is criminally unemployable with her lackadaisical attitude towards patrons. With that being said although conveniently placed to my residence I’ll patronize the local West Orange location for better more efficient service."
