Time and again we would make a request and have verbal confirmation but zero changes were made to our policies. They couldn’t even cancel our policy correctly. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced."

"Steven and team are good at providing quotes and provide good rates. My charges went up after two or three months of payment. After 4 months of follow up they reduce to charge to original agreed price, but still after 3 months of follow up for the refund of extra payment and no response. Too tough to get hold of Steven the person who know things, waiting for my refund still. I hope review can help me to get refund."
