"Bruce is very disrespectful! Hung up on me because he wasn’t understanding what I was saying. Telling me to call management office when management office said they would contact him. I got a notice so I knew they hadn’t contacted him yet, so I wanted to contact him directly when I tried to explain that he spoke to me like a child and then hung up on me. Unprofessional! Then my spouse called and he tells her “good luck”. This law firm is a joke."
"Bruce Gudin was as thorough and efficient as he could be, especially in such a nontraditional setting. We spoke through emails and phone, yet he completely understood my concerns and questions, providing me exactly what I needed to know about my rights as a tenant and that my lease is indeed binding despite my landlord being a flip company that considers me nothing more than a barnacle to them that faithfully pays the rent on time and in full every month via certified mail.
