"Amazing. I went through a purchase that did not go through do to sellers bank issues. Richard went above and beyond to help me through the process & did all he could to try to get things settled. His office staff were spot on with replying to me & going as far as keeping up on every call I made, and also telling me they will keep up as to if and when the property comes up again. Who does that! It showed they really cared & when I went to the office to meet them, I truly felt important to them. Lisa was so personable as was the other girl in the office. Would I use them again? Absolutely, because I know I will get people who treat me & my dealings with respect & show true concern!!! This quality is certainly lacking in so many businesses today Barbara Schnepp"
