I can't say enough about Christina, As I have balance issues due to multiple sclerosis, she has been helping me tremendously, even with stretches and exercises that I can incorporate at home. It's been amazing how she has helped me strengthen my legs. I have to say everyone that works there is very friendly, great place. I would definitely recommend it here."
