"I’ve been to the dentist about two or three times first time I was seen there to fill a cavity and they cut my tongue with the dental tools and I was numbed up so I didn’t feel anything happen to my tongue I left there and while brushing my teeth I notice a cut on my tongue so I called them and asked them why didn’t they make me aware that they cut my tongue during the procedure they didn’t have any answers for me but just kept apologizing. Unacceptable Second time I went I scheduled a root canal two weeks prior to what my appointment was scheduled for . I get a call the day of my appointment asking me if I can come in a little earlier then my appointment time I said yes. So when I show up they check me in put me in the exam chair and then turn around and tell me they can’t do the procedure because I haven’t been there in a while and that they need X-rays and to get approval from the insurance company. Why was I not notified or told about this the day I scheduled my appointment or when they called me to ask me to come in earlier to my appointment why was I not told on the phone then. I could have spent this time trying to find another dentist because of my mouth pain. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Don’t go here."

"Let me start off by saying when I was 15-16 I had chipped my 2 front teeth and I have to go in and get them done and my mother took me here and the lady who was working on me was very rude and had a friend and it took 2 of them to fix the tooth till I got my replacement crowns this lady made my teeth look a mess when I addressed it I looked a mess and was upset cause I was in high school I had senior pictures coming up and I addressed it she laughed in my face and told me I would be okay to wait a month till my crowns came in I then started to get upset and told her no that she had to fix them till my crowns came in she messed them up so bad it looked funny long story short they took pictures for my insurance my crowns never came in till I was 18-19 that was a year or 2 later cause they sent the wrong documents in and I had to call around to my insurance and do the ground work my self and I truly felt like this was done to me on purpose due to me addressing my issue and cause advocated for myself ! And I never went back due to my traumatic experience here years later I came to my appointment here and I was told I couldn’t make a appointment because they didn’t like the way I spoke up for my self the lady then begin to say I made upsetting comments and truly laughed because again I was 15-16 and I remember being with my mother and my mother wouldn’t let me even get besides myself with grown adults this place has the most ridiculous workers who don’t respect people they don’t cure if they hurt you with what they are doing honestly the worst"

"I love my dentist and staff very caring I had 5 root canals never had one dentist was very caring and showed me what he was going to do 5 stars for me"
