"This was my go to Michaels store but now I'm going to have to find another, because now just to use the bathroom you need to get a clerk to punch in a code for the bathroom door!? There have been times I've spent 2 hrs. or more shopping here and have used the bathroom more than once and now it'll feel odd asking a clerk to unlock the door... it's a shame but I'll have to see if there's another Michaels that's in a place that's local."

"It's an ok craft store but it doesn't offer materials to make your own clothes. It's too pricey on simple items like a cake stand, basic decorative pillows, and candy items."
"Michaels is a good store. The parking lot is huge with all the stores in the Interstate shopping area. Despite how many stores there are I usually get decent parking so that is a big plus. In the store itself the staff is kind but could be a bit more knowledgeable. Also if you are shopping for your home during a big season you probably will not be able to get exactly what you need as most of the store is taken over by the holiday trinkets. The store layout is good and item prices are clear. Overall very well run store."
