"Farod arrived to do the service on my gas system. After reading the description he submitted on his work, I have to correct a few things. He stated he vacuumed out the burner tubes. He never brought in a vacuum, not sure how he vacuumed out the tubes. When he opened up the door, he told us there was a large beetle in there so we got the beetle and threw it outside. There were a couple small bugs in there that fell to the floor so I vacuumed them up after he left. He had left them on the floor, I’m guessing because he didn’t have his vacuum. He said, in his report he checked the generator and discussed generator service with us. He never talked to us about the generator, which we have serviced every two years by your company and it was done last year. He also said he was told to take a picture of our air conditioner unit in the attic. I explained to him the unit was not from McAllister so I told him there was no need to go into the attic. He was just here for the gas boiler inspection. He was professional but left my floor with a few dead bugs, and never mentioned the generator so I’m not sure why he put that in his description of work. I never saw the final invoice with his written assessment of his work or I would have questioned him about his write up. I also never signed anything. I’m not sure if he just was shy or just not wanting to communicate. Also I’ve never had one of your service men not clean the floor when they were done. Susan Wilson"
