"I have struggled with Benign Positional Vertigo for over a decade. Although I saw many practitioners, Dr. Mair is the first and only Physical Therapist who was able to treat it successfully. And beyond the office treatment, she designed a vestibular workout for me to do at home. By following these exercises and her advice I can now garden, play with my grandchildren, drive long distances, roll over in bed, enjoy shopping and so many other activities that I had curtailed because of dizziness or the fear of triggering dizziness. There is so little understanding of vestibular disorders in the medical profession. I often felt isolated and misunderstood. Meeting Dr. Mair was life changing. Working with her to restore my vestibular health is nothing short of joyful - hard, but joyful because I am not afraid to move anymore. My brain is re-trained, stronger and more resiliant to vestibular challenges (like bright lights, patterned floor carpets and all the myriad triggers for dizziness) She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and professional. "Sej is amazing!!!!!!!! I had knee surgery 4 years ago and had struggled since that time with pain and knee/joint mobility. I was at the point where my leg muscles had become noticeably atrophied, the gel shots I had been getting had become ineffective, and my ortho began to mention knee replacement as a potential next step.
