"After my accountant of 20 yrs retired, I was on the lookout for a new one. After reading multiple positive reviews, I decided to try Pogogeff. Last year, the work was slow, taking about 2 months to complete my return, but the work seemed ok. I decided to try them again this year and could not be more disappointed. The assistant is helpful and responsive but that is the only positive. I had to call multiple times to follow up on my return which took over 2 months to complete and had many errors. I received no communication from the accountant who prepared my returns after submitting documents online. He asked me no questions. Mistakes ranged from getting my name wrong to filing the incorrect status to saying I owed an amount that was actually a refund. I was given an explanation that it is very busy. Yes, it is tax season. I would recommend not taking on more clients than you can effectively service. I will not be returning."
