"I am not sure if they have since changed staff since the last reviews, but I have had a completely opposite customer service experience the last two times I’ve come here versus what I’ve read here. Both times the staff were incredibly rude, spouting off jargon about the paints and complaining what they don’t have in stock due to a paint shortage. When I asked them to explain they reiterated exactly what they said before, just as fast and just as jargon-y. Extremely unhelpful and rude. The staff seems to be frustrated by the paint shortage, but shouldn’t be taking it out on their customers."
