"I contacted DK Electrical Solutions to inquire about having an electric attic fan installed to replace the turbine (whirlybird) type that was currently on my roof. They promptly replied to my request and I was able to set up an appointment for someone to come out. On the day of my appointment Brendan and his partner (sorry I never got his name) arrived promptly at 8am and took a look at the job at hand. After evaluating what needed to be done, I got a quote right on the spot. I was happy with the estimate and they got right to work removing the old fan and installing the new one. After the install was complete they cleaned up all trash and debris leaving the area nice and tidy. At the end of the install, Brendan did a courtesy inspection of my electrical service outside of my home and found that the insulation was starting to break down, potentially corroding the wires and getting into the service panel. I am very grateful for that inspection and making me aware of this issue. Overall I am super happy with the customer service I received, the pricing, and the installation. Thank you!"

"Excellent customer service. Prompt calls to inform of arrival, prompt arrival, and stellar work. Fixed my Tesla charger very quickly and easily. Wore the booties inside my house and more importantly, took them off when outside (even though it is a pain...I appreciated that!). Had a friendly demeanor, and an eagerness to resolve the issue. Can't ask for more than that!"

"I had Dk Electrical Solutions Inc install an attic gable vent fan in my home. The process was fairly quick and easy. Be advised, they don't do free estimates but they are easy to work with and usually ahead of schedule as far as arriving for appointment (but they will call you and make sure you're okay with an early arrival!). The only eeal issue I had was the warranty on the equipment (the fan/parts, etc.). There is no real warranty paperwork, just the installation instructions that come with the fan. That little "manual" has a number on the front page and that identifies your particular unit. I was told to keep that instruction paperwork so that I'd have that ID number if the fan ever needed service. My issue is that nowhere does it say what the actual warranty is (length of years, what's covered, etc.). I think that the installers should have been able to input that ID number into their computer and have it added to my account so that they also have it if I ever need service in the future. That is my only issue with the service from Dk Electrical Solutions Inc. Overall, they did a great job from the super friendly lady I always spoke to on the phone to the guys who did the estimate and installation. 3 thumbs up to Dk Electrical Solutions Inc."

"So DK has done all the electrical work on my new home—removing the knob & tube, setting up proper GFI in the kitchen and bathrooms, custom under- and over-cabinet lighting, kitchen and bathroom lighting/fans, multiple ceiling fans and chandelier installations, smart dimming switches, setting up Ethernet ports in some rooms, special outlets for kitchen appliances and basement sump pump, installing two camera doorbells at the front and back doors, and even and emergency removal/fix on an old piece of wire in the basement that started smoking. I’ve contracted them to do so much in my ~150yr old home that I’m probably forgetting a few things, but all the work they’ve done is stellar. They’re a fantastic company! All the electricians have been so professional and helpful, and they’ve always explained the situation to me so I understand what’s going on and can make the right choices. Brendan is a really hard worker and very particular about making sure the work is done right and done well, even if it takes him extra time. He’s handled the majority of the work in my home and I have no complaints about any of his work. And Barry saved my home from a potential electrical fire by removing a very old piece of wire that started smoking. Additionally, their office staff is very kind and helpful. I’m also happy with their prices—electrical work isn’t something I believe in cheaping out on, but I still felt that their prices were fair. I feel so much happier and safer in my new home thanks to the DK team! I’ll be contacting them again whenever I want more work done."

"Brendan came out for a estimate. I decided ok. We booked date. Showed up ready to go. He did a very professional job. Installed new outlets, switches, range hood. Also took care of some breakers that needed replacing and capped off outside spot light not needed.. Cleaned up after each thing he did. Nice polite guy. My kitchen looks just about new!
