From the moment I arrived to service a engine light issue, Sayat was warm, friendly, welcoming, industrious, driven, assertive, insightful, and helpful. He informed me of a few issues with my vehicle, suggested a few solutions, and proceeded to facilitate and execute. He was communicative throughout the process and honored his commitment to inform me when the part that needed replacing arrived. He quickly scheduled a follow up appointment and ensured the issue was fixed in a prompt, efficient, and timely fashion. Sayat embodies and personifies the cultural ethos at Quality Buick GMC and the staff they employ. It's a culture characterized by engagement, competency, and formidability. "I bought my truck at this dealership and I had it serviced there. I went there with my car they took my VIN number down and I ordered a part for my truck. It is a plastic fender it goes over the wheel. When I brought it to my auto body man he told me it was the wrong part because it had a reflector on it a nun of the other fenders had reflectors on it. I went to the parts manager Joe Knutsen. He informed me my auto body guy did not know what he was doing because they do not make mistakes and this is the part that goes with my VIN. I told him that all you need is a little bit of reason to understand that the car does not have any reflectors on it and it would be idiotic for me to have three fenders without a reflector and one with a reflector just because he says that is the right part. I wrote the part back and wanted my money back. He stated he had to charge me 35% to restock it I told him that was ridiculous that it is the wrong part and I should not be charged. Mind you this is March 21st we are now 2 months later. He said he was speak to the owner because he is the only one that can make that decision. After sending over 20 emails he has stopped responding yes I called him a loser and he was not fit to do his job. I then went to speak to Keil the service manager who by the way is the only person that I have spoken to from this organization with any integrity. He was very nice he was comforting and he got it. He was very helpful and sent an email to the branch manager in front of me and then followed up with me in the afternoon. The branch manager who must have hired the parts manager calls me and the first thing he says was there's several stories to any problem. I told him this was not the case and I explained to him what happened. This was over a week ago he told me he was going to call me back and has not called me back. I have never been treated with such disrespect negligence arrogance and have wasted several hours dealing with this. I will be going with the police tomorrow and have contact GMC directly."
"PROBABLY THE WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY ARE JUST CHARGING PEOPLE FOR NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE SERVICE REP HAD NO ANSWERS AND I WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TO CALL HIM A FEW TIMES TO GET UPDATES. I AM PRETTY SURE MY CAR SAT IN THE LOT FOR A WEEK. SAD THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS. NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT."
"The QUALITY of customer service is seriously lacking @ Quality Buick in Englewood. If I could leave no stars I would! I had scheduled an appointment for a new vehicle purchased at this dealership less than 18 months ago. Sunday my check engine light came on, I was nervous so I got onto the website to schedule the first appointment for service I could get. The soonest appointment was 11/16 @ 11 am. I recieve a call from Kim this morning telling me I didn’t call Sunday to confirm the appointment. I told her honestly, I didn’t know I needed to confirm an appointment I had made online. I usually get service done by a Performance Buick closer to work. Performance Buick usually calls the customer to confirm the appointment made online. After explaining this Kim proceeded to tell me that well they couldn’t do anything for me. I again tried to reason with Kim but she said the soonest she could get me in is 11/27. The entire time I tried to speak to Kim she was talking over me and telling me there was nothing she could do. She then finally said with a smug attitude I will have the manager call you. The manager did call me, while I was at work in a meeting so I was not able to pick up. He didn’t leave a number to call me back but left me an even smugger message telling he wasn’t able to do anything for me as Kim told me. I didn’t get to speak to him about the attitude I received and the honest mistake. Instead of trying to accommodate someone who has there check engine light on which can be serious. They choose to rebuff a customer. The QUALITY of there customer service and responses should be evaluated by the owner of the dealership. The one thing I do leave on here is Performance Buick understood my issue and graciously accommodated me. They will continue to have my business and my recommendation to others."
"Three strikes your out. Strike one In short their service department is terrible. A few months after purchasing a vehicles from them my electronic dashboard failed. They diagnosed a defective computer they told me they needed to order it and would take 2 weeks. I drove without a dashboard for two weeks. After 2 weeks I called and asked if my parts had arrived the service writer assured me the parts were in and scheduled a visit. Left car all day. I had to call them for status at the end of day. I was put on hold for a long time and was finally informed that nothing was done because the part never arrived. Reschedule for another 2 weeks. Once again left car all day only to get a call telling me that the only tech that worked on computers didn't come in so no one worked on my car. To add insult when I tried to retrieve my car they couldn't find it. It took them over an hour to locate it. It took a third visit to finally resolve my warranty issue. Strike two I order cross rails for roof rack. They told me would arrive in a few days. Months of Call after call telling me parts didn't arrive. I finally gave up waiting and went in to cancel the order and get a refund. When I presented my receipt the parts clerk said wait a minute, went in the back and brought forth my rails. He claims they had been sitting here for months they didn't know who ordered them. Strike three Was today. GMC notified me of a recall. Last week I went in to the service department to schedule an appointment for the following week. At that time I asked if they would have the parts and I was assured they would. When I dropped the car off this morning I once again asked if they had the parts for the recall and was assured they did. Two hours later I received a call telling me the parts were back ordered. Add to this every time I've visited the service department there is always another angry customer voicing their disappointment with the quality of their customer service. I should have taken this as a sign and purchased elsewhere."
