"I think they did a pretty thorough cleaning of my ducts, hard to tell. But I was disappointed because they didn't do a good enough job enclosing the holes/openings they made. I had to go around and use the flex tape because there were gaps. They also scratched my hard wood floors in one area and denied accountability when it was brought to their attention. Follow-up response to owner. The cleaning was in April. I contacted the office and left a message but never received a return call. I've moved on"
