"Bought a GE defected refrigerator from Lowe’s. First, Lowe’s delivery tech came to home, tried to fix but couldn’t and directed us to go GE. GE tech came by and said the floor was uneven which is not. Then on the phone with GE, they said it was a cosmetic issue as the fridge functionally worked, but obviously defected. Also, GE has a 7 day policy return. No one mentioned that and we called the same day to Lowe’s. All GE was willing to do was send out a service tech which wouldn’t do anything because it was defected. After countless hours on the phone, Lowe’s finally replaced the refrigerator and it’s perfect. Would buy from Lowe’s again, but stay away from GE as their support service is terrible."

"My go to place but they need more employees. It would be amazing to have 2 people outside help load cars and trucks. Please give Pat a raise or promotion. He is the best worker and most helpful."

"This place is a complete disaster. I have purchased custom windows and door from them, which is close to 25k. Last month I bought a power vent water heater, which is almost $1400. When my plumber took it out of the box he discovered a big dent on it. Since this is a very expensive item I did not want to take a chance to install it. When I called AO smith customer service they advised me to return it to Lowes since the purchase date was only few weeks. When i walked in to the return counter the African american lady behind the counter was very rude and told me she cant find anything on record from Ao smith. So i called AO smith from the store and customer service wanted to talk to some one from the store to refund me. The counter lady called some idiot may be her supervisor im not sure. He was even bigger idiot. He is arguing with me why i didnt go within 24hrs. I told him yester my plumber took it out of the box to install it, he advised me not to install. I had had a big argument with that idiot. I will never go back to lowes again. Same day i went home depot and bought the water heater and its scratch less and completely intact. So if you chose to shop in lowes think twice. I wish i could give them less than 0 star."

"Tried to get help with a return on a product that is sold exclusively at Lowe’s and they wood. It stand behind their product. Came home and called Corporate and they said they completely understood and opened and claim with the store. They said the store management would look into it and would be of assistance. The store called me back the next day and said that there was nothing they would do for me because the product failed on day 93 and their return policy is only 90 days. This was the second of the same item which failed after 3 days. I will now take my business to the Home Depot which is located in Clifton to the south and another a few miles to the north in Paterson. There is also the Home Depot in Wayne to the East. Much better prices and much better Customer Service. At least they stand behind their products."

"My Delivery experience was horrible!! I let the store know on Friday11/24/23 that the doors should be removed before bringing the refrigerator! On Sunday 11/26/23 they came and refused to remove the doors! He said the space measured to small, I explained to them how to do it, (same thing with my last refrigerator, yet it was in my kitchen, same size) but he refused to listen!! Also the language barrier, they both spoke very little English!! So I ask, after he took my paid for refrigerator and put it back into the truck, could he measure the back door. The dispatcher told him to do it, and it did measure wide enough, when I began to move the stuff from around the door the two men left out my front door got into their truck and left with my refrigerator! And let me add I also said leave it and I would get someone else to do it!! I called Lowe’s to explain what happened and the supervisor Chris offered me my money back!! Or for it to be redelivered on Thursday 11/30/23 I said well where is the refrigerator I’ll get a uhaul and have someone get it, she said we can’t give you that information!! I am beyond upset with the service! It’s all teeth and smiles when you’re paying, but once they get your money the respect for the customer is no longer there!!"
