"If you are thinking of buying kitchen cabinets from this Home Depot Store in Bridgewater NJ (#0962), just think again! What they did to my family in the past two months was a total nightmare for us! The kitchen sales person Robert McNamee raved about KraftMaid and touted his close relationship with the manufacturer. He promised that he would be the point person to solve any issues if they do come up. So we placed an order from him of the KraftMaid products for the entire kitchen. However, in the 1st week of December 2023, the shipment from KraftMaid arrived with broken cabinet, missing shelves, wrong fillers and shortage of angle restrictors for the hinges. When Bob heard our feedback, he denied the promises he had made and blamed every problem on the shipping company, rather than KraftMaid. He insisted the replacement cabinet from KraftMaid could not be delivered until January 18 and he refused to offer any alternative solutions to fulfill the order. Therefore, we did not have a kitchen for the holidays of 2023/2024 nor the first month of the New Year. We had to beg our contractor to come back multiple times when KraftMaid sporadically shipped the replacements at weeks apart, so the kitchen project could inch forward slowly. Some of the parts were reordered twice due to bad quality! Even though the store management at Bridgewater II was involved early on, nothing has been done till this day with the crappy KraftMaid products, nor the deceitful advertising of the Home Depot sales force. I would give ZERO star if I could."

"Tool Rental WARNING... do not trust guy on phone reservation online yourself. I drove from another home depot after returning 1k trim order for this guy to say opps. The other staff rented out the truck. But there was one on reserve, you need to train these people better. On top of that guy tried to act like it was not him."

"All of the workers I had met throughout the store were friendly and extremely helpful, until I went to checkout. Cashier Maggie came to help me checkout (Which I did not need, I'm very capable of using a self check out) regardless, she was friendly and helpful up until she made an extremely RUDE comment to me. Last week I purchased over $200 worth of materials I need for a project I am working on, and I saw posts that are used when they get deliveries (that come off the delivery trucks) that are not sold. I asked the associates last week if I could have a few of them because they are perfect for my project. I would have paid for them, but they said I could have them for free. So today I purchased another $187 worth of stuff to complete my project and I needed just a few more of the posts. James in lumber helped me out, I told him I got some last week but still needed a few and he said no problem, so I grabbed a few more. I believe Maggie recognized me from last time and that is why she was so insistent to help me at the checkout. I told her James allowed me to take them and she looked right at me and said "don't make this a habit" also last week when we were scanning our items one thing that was bundled was apparently sold as individuals and should have been un-strapped, when my husband scanned it she came over and said "uh-uh" to us like we were children and took over our scanning like we were trying to steal stuff. So twice now she has been rude to myself and my husband and made us feel like we were criminals."

"A friendly and busy place. Everything you need, but the parking lot was not well designed for high-volume traffic or peak times. But go when it’s not busy and it’s hassle free and helpful."
