"Keith B. came out to give an estimate for a small amount of roof damage from wind storms from the past few weeks. About 4 shingle tabs came off of the ridge. He grabbed a hammer and nails, I had spare shingles, and he made the repair on the spot and then wouldn't bill me for it, only asking permission to put him sign out front for a week or two. So very friendly, will to help, informative... A pleasure to deal with, they have my business for any future work!!!"
"I was very impressed with the customer service starting with my initial visit at my home. Never having heard of sun tunnel diffusers before I was impressed when I was invited in the home of the owner of the company to see what it look like. Once I decided to go ahead with the project, everyone from the office staff to the product manager were extremely helpful. I was told it would be a two day project and that is what it was. The insulation went smoothly, and the house was cleaned as needed after each step Once my four sun tunnel diffusers were installed, I have been so pleased with how much more light they have given me. I would recommend a Ameritech for any of my needs that they are able to do."
