About the Business
Welcome to St. George Greek Orthodox Church, a vibrant and historic place of worship located at 1200 Klockner Road, Trenton, New Jersey. As a cornerstone of the Greek Orthodox community since 1922, our church has grown from humble beginnings to a thriving parish of approximately 375 families. Founded by families from the Greek islands of Andros and Chios, our church has a rich heritage and deep roots in the local community.
Our beautiful complex, completed in phases, includes a stunning church building, a community center, and a cultural center that serve as the heart of our parish life. The community and cultural center, completed in 2000, features classrooms, meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a large hall for various events and gatherings. The church dome, adorned with exquisite iconography, was completed in 2005, enhancing the spiritual beauty of our sacred space.
We invite you to join us for our worship services, which include Sunday Orthros at 8:30 a.m. and Divine Liturgy at 9:30 a.m., as well as weekday services at the same times. Our church was consecrated on October 15th, 2017, a milestone marked by the sealing of holy relics of Saint George the Great Martyr, Saint Panteleimon the Great Martyr and Healer, and The Holy Fathers martyred in the Monastery of the Pantokratoras in Daou Pentelis into the altar.
Exciting changes are coming to our online presence, as we work to redesign our website to offer a more user-friendly experience with improved functionality and a fresh look. We appreciate your patience as we make these enhancements.

"We had such good food at their spring festival. We went on Saturday for lunch and ate a feast! The baklava, custard cake and complimentary coffee topped off a delicious meal of grilled chicken souvlaki, spanakopita apps, and Athenian chicken roasted to perfection. Thank you so much to all the volunteers, cooks, and vendors. My family had a wonderful time!"
