"For Soma, I expected more quality in customer service. I walked in, asked to be sized, and the lady “sized” me by having me turn around as she assumed a size. She handed me a bunch of bras and let me try them on. She checked on me only once as she was complaining about leaving and gossiping with her associate about other customers. This should never be allowed…it’s ridiculous and childish, especially coming from an older woman! Also, the fitting room area has a really bad odor. The worst service I’ve ever had at Soma. Her name is Costantina. Also when I finished trying the bras and told her what the issues were, she kept doubting me and kept pushing those sizes. Hire someone who knows how to handle business and customer interactions. PLEASE check out Adore Me at Bridgewater. Those girls know what they are doing and are beaming with great customer service."

"I was very disappointed with the customer service at Soma. When I came into the shop I felt like the sales lady was in a bad mood. When I asked questions she would shrug her shoulders and change her body language. I ended up leaving the store and went home and placed an online order. Once I received the order they sent me to of the same bras and not the one I ordered. I did not bother returning it. I am done shopping at this store. Not pleased"
