The Woodbridge Township Historic Preservation Commission, located at 582 Rahway Avenue in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, is dedicated to preserving the local history of the community. Our commission aims to inform, educate, advise, and guide public officials and the community at-large on the importance of historic preservation. We offer house plaque programs, historic tours, and brochures to help educate the public on the rich history of Woodbridge Township. Our mission is to promote historic preservation through advisory, educational, and informational functions. We work closely with the Planning Board to recommend preservation plans, advise on development applications, and identify historic sites for inclusion in improvement programs.
