"I’d normally give 4.5 but I’ll knock it up to a 5 to counter other reviews. First time at this location. I eat chipotle about 1-2* a month. Location was clean as was the bathroom. Ordered online and pickup was indicated in 6 min which was surprising. Got there in 5 and order was not ready - wasn’t even started. They had a line inside so I wasn’t upset about it. I asked about my order and someone said they just started working on it. Staff was busy and not just sitting around. Chicken Al Pastor was good (slightly too spicy for me but I finished). Kids meal was decent. Takes time to find good staff and trained well in today’s inflation driven environment. I had a decent experience. I have tried the Centerton location several times and will never go back to that one. I would come back here again."
