Walmart Pharmacy

"Seems like if u get the Male Indian Pharmacist he goes out of his way to help you compared to the female Indian. She does everything the fast way just to get rid of you. The workers that I came in contact with are all ways pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to help you out"

"The workers at this pharmacy are rude and have no customer service skills. Walmart should be embarrassed that they employ such people. The worker just hung the phone up on me after not listening to a word I was saying. Hire new employees."

"I called the pharmacy before coming in to verify that they had the medication I needed in stock. I was told that I need to bring the prescription in, in order for them to verify that they indeed had it. I thought it was a little ridiculous that they couldn't tell me over the phone but I got in the car and traveled 20 minutes to the pharmacy. When I got there the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I patiently waited until they reopened. I was greeted at the drop off window and told him I called before I came, they wouldn't tell me on the phone if they had the medication and that I needed to come in. The technician took my prescription and brought it to the pharmacist whom came over confrontational. He had my script in his hand and told me he was the only one there and if I called he would have picked the call up, basically calling me a liar. I showed him my call history and he was extremely rude, sticking with his story that I didn't call and if I would have, he would have told me that he didn't have it. I wouldn't have wasted my time on new years eve driving and waiting in line at Walmart pharmacy if he wouldn't have been lazy and just checked if he had it or not. Good helps hard to find these days clearly. Customer suggested though; replace the pharmacist with a pharmacist that cares more about their paitents rather than their lunch break. Truly a waste of time for nothing but aggravation. It's not very professional for a pharmacist to be sparring with clients over a mistake he made. I'm disappointed to the max."

"Don't go here after a surgery. They will refuse your prescription and refuse to call the on call doctor forcing you to sit in pain for another 12 hours until the next day. More concerned with closing early than customers' well being. No apologies, no personal accountability, when the doctors confirms the prescription is correct. Pathetic."

"Kept me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. I called again, she was very nasty & condescending. I tried to explain my doctor was calling in a script and she told me "whatever". I still don't know if my other script will be filled. Cheap prices for meds must mean unhappy, underpaid, nasty employees."
