"They denied me service because I have insurance that they do not take. Even after telling me on a different phone call I can pay out of pocket which I was okay with. Now it was a big deal and they told me they were not able to see me at all. Also every doctor is on my insurance yet when you ask they tell you different. To reply back to their response I was looking to be a new patient I called at 11:27 am they can look up the phone call And this is a “True Review.” Once I told the girl that I spoke with I have insurance but asked if I was able to pay out of pocket since that’s what I was 2 weeks ago she said we can Not take you here and to go somewhere else. You winning awards have nothing to do with the response."

"Best eye care doctors in nj they are super profesional and informative whenever i go. I like to know what is going on with my health and whenever i ask clarifying questions they always answer in a helpful manner. I truly feel like theses doctors are in the field to help people and impact lives. The employees are also super friendly. I saw a little girl crying because she was scared to get eyedrops and one of the employees a man with arm tattoos interacted with the girl in a way that got her to stop crying smile."

"I want to take this time on my own to write a review for them because they deserve it hands down!! They are a true example of greatness! The entire office! This office goes over and beyond to accommodate and help their patients with everything. Every question, every concern, every issue and every fear if that. When it comes to appointments they do EVERYTHING they can to get their patient in and happy with an appointment with the doctor they want to see. They have done it for me every single time! I’ve actually had a few emergencies within the past few months and they moved around the entire schedule to fit me in on that day if not the following day depending on the issue. They are incredible. I want to take this time to acknowledge Dr. Jay, Dr Swati, Magda and the rest of the heartfelt amazing staff. It’s not often you get to go to a doctors office and be surrounded by such sweet, caring, helpful individuals. They put you at ease always!!! make you feel comfortable and treat you like an actual person not just a patient. I loveeeeeee them!!!!!! To be honest I’m at ease everyday knowing they are mine and my daughters eye doctor for every need. They are incredibly smart and their knowledge is out of this world! It makes you feel good knowing they truly are there but more importantly care for their patients eye health. Not only do they explain the procedures well, but they also take the time to make sure that I understood what was going on. "I made an appointment over a month ago. I have insurance with a 35.00 co pay. When I showed up I was informed if I need a prescription for glasses there is a 50.00 additional charge not covered by insurance. I have been going for checkups for many years, never charged for prescription. I was informed new policy started June. I believe I should have been informed of any changes in the costs when I set up the appointment. Crazy to charge for a prescription. Why am I going to the doctor? The receptionist was very unfriendly in trying to explain the change. I informed them that I will be changing doctors and left. I know they moved and I guess have to be deceptive in their billing practice to cover the cost of the move."
