"Everyone who works here is absolutely braindead. They charged me for self pay even though I sent them my insurance information. Bounced me around to their billing department in order to get the charge refunded and then they said they have no record of me being a patient! Yet they still charged me? How is that possible. Problem is yet to be resolved"

"Matthew is great to work with. The company on the other hand is a bit of a nightmare. Generally, nobody answers the phone. Calling the general phone number to do something like requesting your records is impossible. They will ignore you for a month and only send you your records when the doctor emails them directly. The billing department is impossible to get ahold of as well. I have left many voicemails telling them that I’ve hit my out of pocket max and it’s been a month and I have yet to get a call back, an acknowledgment or a refund. They continue to charge me and the office that I see the doctor at has no control over it."
"My experience with InSite overall was a good one. The receptionist that reached out to set up the appointment was very helpful and expressed a sense of urgency to get us seen in a timely manner. The counselor who completed the screening was amazing. She was attentive, compassionate, and overall made my daughter feel comfortable during this delicate time."
"I would have to say our experience was awesome all the way around. We were taken exactly on our appointment time which is unheard of now a days. And Dr Matthew was unbelievable with my son. Empathetic, listened to all of my concerns and his. Explained everything in detail. And my son who hasn’t been great with therapists in general can’t wait to go back and see Dr. Matthew again. I would recommend him to anyone whose children need help. I’ll update after our second appointment. But don’t know if it can get any better. I would give 10 stars if I could!"
