"This company is shameful. The doctors are great when they’re ACTUALLY WORKING. I acknowledge this is not a crisis center however this company will drive you to one. Billing will literally take your money IMMEDIATELY before verifying with your insurance company AND THEN TAKE WEEKS TO REFUND YOU FOR THEIR ERRORS. Trying to call their billing department is a nightmare. Good luck with that. My doctor was nice-ish. A 30 minute appointment really meant 12-15. And she constantly changed my appointment with very little notice. It did get better over time but ultimately left because I felt like I was a check and not a person coming to them for help. Med refills would go un answered for days on end. But they would make sure they got their pay on time. The only person with sense was a bright young lady named Janay. If by chance she was away from her desk, Her coworker would literally watch me stand there while she ate her food. One time, she was sleeping at her desk. Luckily, Janays lunch break was over because nobody would have known I was there. I was so sad to find out Janay left. She brought warmth to the place. God bless her. Based of the other woman’s demeanor, They probably didn’t deserve Janay. I can tell this place sucks you dry and spits you out. 2 stars. 1 for Janay. 1 for the decor."
