I've actually witnessed him tell people who are escorting women away from the protesters to leave and then turn around and be very kind to the people harassing your clients instead"

"i had a surgical procedure over a year now and i was unable to leave a review then and life hit. i’m going to leave it now. let me tell you, i’ve never felt so individualized in my life! unfortunately when i was a lot younger i had to go to englewood and the facility felt cold, uncaring, there were people filming outside and uploading to YT. here i experienced NONE OF THIS. very discreet location, the staff is BEYOND CARING. i remember prior to being put to sleep a single tear fell cause i felt so guilty but the anesthesiologist asked me if i was 100% sure of what i was doing to which i said yes when i awoke the nurses were lovely again i was met with MORE CARE. i didn’t feel like a number more of a person with a need. no one rushed me or judged me. in fact the woman who took my blood was pregnant and even made small talk with me to take my mind off what was going on. everyone from the doctor to the receptionist took the time to basically hold my hand and talk me step by step through everything .. i am unsure how ANYONE has had a bad experience here. this is a very big decision someone would make in their life and the staff here at this facility definitely made it a nonjudgmental environment! i appreciate every single person here and plan to send something to express my gratitude soon! thank you again pilgrim medical center!"

"After getting a surgical abortion I was experiencing some side effects that were very concerning so I decided to come back to get checked, the doctor seemed like she was in a rush after asking a question. Every time I had a question she was right by the door getting ready to leave. After I had her tell me what was wrong she proceeded to tell me that I would need another surgery if my side effects didn’t go away. After I already had surgery a couple days ago and have been dealing with major pain and discomfort since then. I felt like the doctor felt careless towards me and my issues I was going through something difficult. Please whatever you do, do not come here and save yourself from this place, I repeat I do not recommend coming here"

"This place is amazing, from the minute you enter the door until the time you leave you can feel the professionalism and empathy of the staff, nurses and doctors. When a women goes thru this situation, (whatever the reason) is a thoug position to be in. The professionals of this place make sure you are well taking care of and they treat you with respect and dignity. I cannot thank them enough for the care they provided."
