"After reading the other ratings from other patients. Practically all of them gave the same rating as I did a one. And some others gave them a five. But nothing in between, why not? Could it be that the fives are from people who work for them? Just saying, that it looks suspicious. I waited an hour to see a dentist and I just wanted to know why she was telling me that my tooth was probably going to need a root canal. It was never mentioning it before.. You can't trust anyone who works here Then, they have the nerve to write that they told me about the root canal. If they were in touch with my insurance company. Wouldn't I have known that? Apparently asking questions is not allowed at this dental office. I was told I had a bad attitude and I needed to leave. I had no problems leaving. Because, if a professional dentist can't answer the basic questions what's the point of going to see him/her. It's funny that you mentioned a root canal that I need B4 having a crown put on my tooth My insurance company needs to review every procedure before I can have the treatment done. And, then they send me a letter with a either is denied or agreed. So, if you did tell me I needed a root canal. Why didn't you inform my insurance company, like you did for my crown? No one ever said I need a root canal until I was in the dentist chair I find it very strange that they only have people who have given them one star and five stars. I personally have not had any of the experiences of the five star rating. But the experiences that were on the one star I can relate to cuz I had the same experience. Don't trust anyone in this dental office. The person who wrote the reply couldn't even be bothered to spell my name right. On Monday I had a crown put on my tooth and not one time did the dentist tell me that I needed a root canal before the crown You weren't very nice to me and after how u treated me. I was very happy to leave. The people who work at this location are very rude Who changed my review from the one star I gave them to a five. Again u changed my rating to a five Stop doing this NOW Let make this very clear I would have liked to give them no stars but it wasn't possible"

"They trying to be a great place but to me very impersonal, telling people business right out front of everyone, some people are private. They don’t really know how to deal with people I’m disappointed in the whole experience, they make appointments, I come before time and have to wait wait wait or have an appointment and they don’t know you’re supposed to be there so they turned someone around. I have been here now twice and I don’t think they are gonna help me this time either, mind you I’m been in pain for a month now no meds no help but they singing happy birthday right now as a office full of folks are waiting or are in a chair waiting for a dr!"

"I’m so glad to be at this office. I lost my crown and was looking for a new dentist and they scheduled me appointment for next available day. The receptionist very nice and helpful. Doctor is professional and working with my damaged tooth. Right now she treated my 3 tooth and put crowns. I’m feeling better. Thank you for your work.I can recommend this office!"
