"They called me yesterday with a cancellation, I took it for my daughter. My daughter woke up with an ear infection. I had to take her to the doctor at the same time as the dentist appointment. I told them first thing and they told me I will be charged a fee if I don't show up but instead of getting charged I could bring her in earlier. So I had to bring her in sick. My kids won't be coming here anymore. They are worried about money, not your kids. Also my son had no pain in his teeth. Had very superficial cavity. Got it filled and now has pain. Came back and they said he has nothing wrong. But where is the pain coming from?"

"This is worst practice ever! Their timings are not good. They don't allow you to be near to your kids when they treat! And if they squeeze you in they charge 50$ extra which is illegal. They are just robers! I just had my son's xray at regular dentist still they took same xray again to char me. I have to pay 25$ to go pickup your records. Stay away from Dr. Grady..."
