Orange Cleaners

"I used orange cleaners when Sue was the owner, she was fantastic, never had an issue with my dry cleaning. New ownership is horrible. They damaged my brand new Ralph Lauren dress. Asked to speak to owner, Cecy, that hardy speaks English ignored me. I left dress to be repaired and dry cleaned, when my husband picked up dress nothing was done. Poor communication and customer service. Woodcliff Lake does not need low quality business in town."

"Horrible experience and the owner doesn’t care. Brought curtains to be cleaned and came back to pick them up and half of them were not there. She told me to come back the next day and still no curtains. I took what she had and she expected me to pay the balance. One of the curtains I picked up was still stained. Two weeks later I go back for the rest of the curtains and she shrugged her shoulders when I told her one of the curtains wasn’t even cleaned. Don’t go here!"

"They lost two items of mine. A sweater and a brand new dress, I dropped off for alterations for a photo shoot. I am not sure what’s going on, but I received a careless attitude after being told the dress was delivered but never made it to me. Please think twice before using their services."

"Dropped off a brand new suit and 3 shirts on Saturday morning. She told me to come and pick then up on Tuesday. On Tuesday, my items were not there and she told me to wait till 5:45 PM for the drop off, again nothing! Wednesday, she had the shirts but the suit was not there!!! she said that she will call me but did not! and I don't know where is my suite!!!!! Horrible experience , and terrible service! Never ever b again!"

"Dropped off a comforter to be cleaned and delivered and it never was. When I went to pick it up the next day they didn’t have it and Sue said it would be in and delivered that day and if not she would call but she never did. I went back 2 days later and asked where it was and why I was never called and Sue said nothing but had the comforter and it was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off! She stood there and said nothing and I asked what she was going to do for me about the fact it wasn’t cleaned and she shrugged her shoulders!! Horrible business!!! Do NOT bring your clothes there!!! They don’t even deserve the 1 star you have to out to leave a review."
