The next day i went there at waited for them to open doors at 9, when they did they told me that had no open seats available all day. "The hairdresser Gina ruined my hair. I asked for long layers and about two inches off. My hair is just a little past my collarbone. I have never had hair this short in my life. It's so think I feel like I have no hair. I will never come back here again. This is the worst hair cut of my life and she ruined my hair right before I leave for college. I look like a wet dog with this hair. I look like a blonde who has been frying off her hair for years. I hate my hair and if I could give zero stars I would."

"I had a lot of dead ends and split ends and I let her completely take them off then get choppy layers this is the shortest my hair has ever been in years I was very scared but I did get my hair done by Nicole and she was absolutely great, And I am very nervous about people cutting my hair because I have had bad experiences but there is not one uneven spot in my hair she did a phenomenal job and I will not go to anyone else now she definitely won me over"
