"I've been going to this speedway for a long time, but I don't know if I'm going to continue. My last 3 times going there I had lottery tickets to cash and none of them were more than $100, each time they told me that they couldn't cash them... My question is why the heck do you even sell lottery tickets if you can't cash them? If the cashier doesn't know how to cash tickets, then they should say that.. for now on I'm going to go to a store where I can buy my snacks without having to go somewhere else to cash my tickets separately.."
"This place is horribly mismanaged. When it was Hess they had 3 to 4 people pumping gas, now they have 1. They close pumps to work with 1 person. They constantly TOP OFF my tank which is bad for the car. Topping Off messes with the EVAP system and can cost over a thousand $ to fix. THERE IS NO REASON TO TOP OFF MODERN CARS, ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD. TOPPING OFF CAR FUEL TANKS ONLY LEADS TO PROBLEMS. THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED TO NOT TOP OFF. So we have to wait sometimes 5-10 minutes to get the pump started, then they top off. I blame poor training and super cheap management."
"I don't understand thebad reviews here. I've been coming to this station for 15 years and have never had a problem. The attendants are efficient do their jobs like they are suppose to and the gas is inexpensive compared to other stations. Plus i like that have a convenience mart."
