"Amazing staff! I just moved here from another borough, but want to give a massive shout out to Antoinette and Peter. These 2 helped me clear a furniture item from my new place, which the garbage company refused earlier for some reason. Antoinette was super understanding and helpful on the phone, and Peter came by to pick the item up within 10 minutes of my call. On his way out, he just said "call us if you ever need anything!" They declined my offer to order lunch for them, but I just wanted to say they are, by far, the nicest city staff I've ever experienced! So happy I moved here - they treated me like an old friend who's been living here for years."
