"The unprofessional misdemeanor the employees display in this place is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my order ahead drink 30 minutes prior to arriving and it still wasn’t ready. I waited about 15 minutes in store and it wasn’t ready. While I was waiting the employees were yelling at one another and tensions were so high it was uncomfortable. Please teach your employees proper etiquette infront of customers. Clearly their issues affected their abilities to properly get the job done in a timely manner"
"Definitely a five star coffee shop! The wait wasn’t too bad at this Starbucks coffee located near the Bridgewater Commons and I ordered a Venti Non Fat caramel mochiatto. The location was nice and the staff was friendly. What made this a five star is that my drink was made perfect! I’m Really glad that I stopped at this location and I highly recommend it especially since Starbucks is no longer inside the mall."
"Location is great if you are shopping in the area, but not an early morning pick up coffee on the way to work. Came on a Saturday late morning for a ice tea and the wait was OK - about 10 mins. Definite more than I expected. This location is clean and comfortable albeit not a lot of tables."
"Baristas here have a good vibe which is contagious. Love them for the service they do and for the fab drinks they make. They greet each and every customer when entered and that’s what makes this place special."
