"Customer service is great. Selection used to be good when they first opened now it's a shell of hot or miss. Show selection is mostly sneakers now nothing much in the way of loafers or business shoes. When they first opened it was great. They had anything and everything. Now it looks like a salvation army store. Like I said hit or miss."
