"I was there yesterday trying to get lunch. Placed my order and one for my friend. I was very specific about what I wanted and was told no problem. I get my friend’s food and wait for mine. I keep on seeing people that came in after me leave with their food. After I have already waited about 10 minutes, I asked one of the ladies to make sure they used Swiss cheese on my sandwich. She tells me that they are. Then I am told that my food is ready but with white american Then they proceed to tell me to wait and they will remake it. I told them not to bother, I couldn’t wait any longer. This has happened before but I always want to give another opportunity. Well, never again. Unfortunately they have people working there that can’t read."
"The food here is great the. The Staff seems to be the issue. when I was eating my food at this store I hear a couple of the workers say stuff extremely racist and homophobic. This is not ok to be doing in a restaurant."
"As soon as they have more than three people in line everybody gets flustered, they made my co-workers cheesesteak wrong three times. The fourth time he just said screw it and ate it. The girl doing the orders Miss wrote mine and I got the wrong thing. Sandwich was supposed to have swiss she put provolone on. I don't get it?"
"Not usually one to do this, but the workers at this store need to be trained better about what they are making. I ordered a club sub and the first line worker forgot ham, which I didn’t realize until opening it later. In addition to that, the second line worker was about to close up the sandwich, and I had to remind him that things were missing (bacon and mayo) which are two components clearly outlined in the description for this particular item. If I hadn’t been watching, it would’ve had 2/4 of the main things on it, and one still ended up missing. When you Order ahead, they don’t start until you get there, which defeats the purpose of doing it early. I’ve waited 25+ minutes for something ordered ahead of time. Out of jersey mikes locations I’ve been to, this one is the slowest and the least trained/aware of what they are making. I know it’s a new store but feeling disappointed :("
"My new favorite location hands down! What a great atmosphere. All the guys had smiles and were very nice. Now lets talk about TIM!! I ordered a sub in a tub and Tim took his time and made me the perfect sub. You can tell that he loves his job and it shows. Thank you Tim, you made my day!"
