Our roots run deep in Northern New Jersey, with a farm nestled on over three hundred acres in the Green Mountain State of Vermont. We pride ourselves on responsibly raising our livestock using sustainable farming methods, ensuring that only the best quality products make it "From our Family Farm to Your Table". When you visit Cogman's Creek, you can expect fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from our farm. Our calves are born on our farm and raised on their mother's milk and pasture grass, resulting in a mature weight of 1,200 to 1,400 pounds after 18 to 22 months. All of our packaging is done locally in Rutland County, just down the road from the farm.
