"If you are thinking of moving here just do it.. The units are immaculate and it is very private and quiet everything in terms of appliances is easy to maintain because it’s kept in good condition the only draw back is the frogs in the warmer months because of the pond nearby but hey we are in the suburbs so it’s to be expected on average my utilities were about 110 monthly for a 1bdrm and they have an access panel for cable set up which makes it so much easier to install I’ve lived in condos with HOAS that weren’t nearly as well maintained and although a small complex the property manager maintains it nicely"
"This is the best kept secret in the area. I’ve lived here 5 years and can’t think of enough great things to say. The neighbors are great and very quiet. Management is available 24/7 and always willing to resolve any issues quickly. The upkeep of the property is impeccable and by being personally managed by the owners, it makes all the difference in the world compared to other places I have lived."
"Love knowing my daughter lives somewhere where it’s safe, clean and peaceful. She tells me that her property manager Christina is very attentive and always there for any need she may have. Definitely a great apartment building. Wish I could give more stars!!!"
"I lived at Priscilla Place for 3 years. I moved from the apartment because I moved out of state or I would still be living there. It was a very spacious apartment and always very quiet there. I love the property manager Christina as she was always willing to lend a helping hand. My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day in the summer and she called a company out on a Sunday to fix it. She has no idea how she saved me from having problems with my MS. My son and I were so happy there. I recommend Priscilla Place very highly."
