"It's cold inside, no heat, nowhere to sit and employees are very unknowledgeable about bus/train stops and areas. Also, after getting off one bus, I had to transfer to another bus and the bus driver shut the door on me and wouldn't let me on. The bus drivers aren't very friendly . I had a bus driver take my $20 bill because the tap to pay machine wasn't working properly, so the bus driver told me to give her the $20 and she will give me my change once more people gott on the bus. As time went on many people play to get on the bus and she's still never gave me my change. I forgot and exited the bus at my stop and when I got off I remembered so when I got home I called New Jersey Transit and told them to look at the cameras on the bus and they will see that I handed her a $20 bill I was told someone would get back to me via Gmail. When they did they told me that the bus driver didn't turn in any overages therefore they could not refund my money."
