"I am trying to cancel an appointment wuth the Maplewood location and have been on hold for 22 minutes, 57 seconds and counting. I am unable to cancel online because I don't have a portal set up. Now 23:30 and still on hold. How ridiculous. Update: 25:26, still on hold. At 26 minutes and 32 seconds they picked up and I was able to cancel the appointment. Two stars because the person was polite."

"Everything went perfectly. The online sign-in is easy and the staff is warm, professional and extremely efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Unbelievable customer service administered by a wonderful group of professionals who were obviously happy to be working there."

"As someone mentioned, I will not recommend this place! This was my second time going there, so it’s not like I am a newbie! They told me I don’t have a script that I should call get it from my doctor. I asked if they could call it and ask, they told me know that it is hard to get them and that I have to do it on my own. I called first and the lady sent the referral same as what I have. The ladies in this office told me it is not what they wanted, that it is the script and I had indeed told the representative it was the script. I called again to have them send the correct script. It took me 40 mins to sort this thing and luckily I came at 11:35 am for my 12:00 pm appointment. I went to seat done at 12:05pm for them to let me know if they had my fax (fax only takes 1min to 3mins). They were too busy and even forgot me. I had to go up to the window at 12:17pm and she told me yes that the fax came. Until 12:35 pm I went up to the window saying I am still waiting and they told me I was late. I told them that’s not true! It’s not my fault if I didn’t have the script and I was here coming in and out trying to have the script sent to them by phoning my doctor’s office. Unfortunately, I will never come back here again! The only reason I am still waiting is because I took Uber for $20 to come here and I will be doing the same on my way back. I want to make sure this was not a waste of my time. It’s still 1:00pm and they did not take me in. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. Stay away people!"

"The entire office was very helpful. From scheduling, Deja is amazing. To check in online I walked right in and was being helped within seconds. I went to the back and waited maybe 10mins if that. The Ultrasound Tech was quick and easy."

"Last year I had a terrible experience here but this year was a GREAT experience even though I was there for a mammogram.
