"Owners/some coaches unprofessional unless your in their “favorite” group. When asked how our team fees were being used during Covid shutdown, we were met with defensive, rude answers and we’re not allowed to use that money towards tuition. So, basically it was a “credit” for future comps. Seniors were screwed out of their money. My daughter decided to leave her team after losing her grandmother and her coach/owner sent her a scathing text. Not how a coach should EVER behave! She’s lucky my daughter talked me out of going there to confront her. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Take your money and go to a more professional gym!"
