"I am writing this review to warn others about the unprofessional behavior of lawyer Ann Edens. I hired her to represent me in my divorce, and I paid her a lot of money in legal fees, while my ex-husband spent less than half that amount on his highly skilled legal counsel. Ms. Edens' office made bookkeeping mistakes on my account, which was upsetting given how much money I had paid her in a timely manner. When I called her office to discuss them, she fired me as a client, saying that our relationship was unrepairable. This was about 24 hours before she was supposed to represent me in a second round of mediation with my ex-husband! I was devastated because I felt she abandoned me at a critical point in my divorce. Others in the industry were shocked at her behavior - calling it unethical. Thankfully, I was able to find another excellent lawyer to finish the divorce process, but I am still dealing with the financial consequences of Ann Edens’ office. She recently sent me to collections for a $1,250 balance on my account, even though I already paid her over $20,000+ without delay. I urge anyone considering hiring Ann Edens to reconsider. Please do not hire her to represent you in your divorce. She is not worth the money or the stress. (This review is protected by the First Amendment. "Undergoing any legal process can be stressful and frustrating. At Eden’s, they managed to turn a painstaking process into a collaborative and anxiety-free experience. From the first time I contacted them, I was met with welcoming, friendly, and professional interactions with Natalie Interdonato, their client intake specialist. In fact, I think we built a pretty good rapport. First impressions matter and Natalie absolutely makes a great one which is crucial for this type of business. Working with Ann was actually better than expected. I think dealing with lawyers can be pretty scary, but Ann’s approach is very people-centric.
