"I needed a last second notary for an out of state construction refinance last month. After a recommendation from one of his peers, I contacted Ian Stewart on a Friday night and he agreed to perform my notarization the following morning. I was working in Canada at the time, so I drove 4 hours south to Syracuse to meet him as he was the only person available. During the signing, Ian caught a mistake on my documents, that would have cost me my closing date had I had mailed them across country as-is. After catching the error, he stayed available for me the rest of the morning as I chased down the title agent to provide the corrected paperwork. After I received the revised pdf, Ian drove back to his office, printed my corrected documents for me and met me a second time that day to complete the notarization.
