I looked everywhere for a table..bobs, Ashley, IKEA, wayfair..could not find a table i liked or worth buying. I was told about this store and BOOM! I bought my kitchen table from here and it is Amazing/Beautiful! Zach, was awesome and great to talk too!!! the delivery guys were very friendly and professional! Lilly greeted us at the door and asked us what we needed and guided us to the perfect bedroom set and mattress. We were all done and had our delivery scheduled in only 30 minutes. One note, I was on your chat prior to the appt and the chat representative said that platinum protection plans were available for the battery packs which turns out not to be true. It's all good, but it would help if they were on the same page. Also please note that I frequently found that the product size description on website was usually inaccurate which presents a problem if you are dealing with limited space. That in accuracy is the reason why I will only purchase in person so I can measure and be certain.”

None of them worked for us because you pay a lot of money but can’t customize anything. Finally we found SALONI! Hidden gem in NJ. We liked their showroom and all the items in it. We were ready to buy what we liked and surprise! salesman told us we can customize. Yes, he showed us fabrics with different textures and colors to choose from. I showed him a few photos from our home to make his suggestions fit for us. He did a great job and finalized everything as we wanted. We received the furniture today. Delivery guys called me one hour before they arrive. They worked very careful, opened the boxes neatly and placed the furniture where I showed them. “Let me start by saying I wish I can buy every furnitures from dogtas!! We purchased sectional sofa(Luca) and extendable dining table (nova) and chairs. We've been too many places in Paramus since there are a lot of showrooms from high end to popular furniture stores. Dogtas was not on the lists when we started to shop around for new furnitures. However it was near ashleys, west elm and etc so we went there without any expectations. Once we went in, we felt in love with modern and premium qualities of furnitures and price was very attractive too. I mean I can choose the fabric and colors like your own shop and pays literally half of all other modern furniture stores!! It took about 3 months but I have seen someone waited half a year on other stores. We went to dogtas store several times to double check and made a move. Selin was always attentive and so nice to talk to on any questions. Thank you so much Selin and we are so glad we found dogtas store and you! Only thing I would say to make it better is the website. There are not very informative but hopefully it will get better. If you are looking for modern and custom furnitures of your taste, I would definitely recommend and hope I can bring my friends too.”

“I recently made two separate purchases from this West Elm for my apartment. I went in December 2022 to purchase a dining room table and chairs. Anita helped me through the process, and I bought an as-is floor sample table and two as-is floor sample Finley chairs, all of which were in tact but understandably worn. (At the time, I also placed an online order for four new Finley chairs to be delivered to the West Elm closest to my new place to pick up at a later date.) I came to pick the floor sample items up a few days later and noticed one of the chairs' legs missing its peg. I spoke with the manager (John) who was able to remedy the situation and provide new chairs in lieu. Satisfied with the outcome, I most recently made a separate order for the West Elm Eddy reversible couch through this store. While I was not expecting the original chairs to become defective (it happens with floor samples), John remedied the situation, and Anita ensured the original order went smoothly.
