"This was my first time going there, probably never again! I've been trying to reach the post visit contact, left few messages and haven't heard back for more than 4 days. They didn't call in one of the medicines to the pharmacy which was needed urgently for the situation. When i got lucky to have front desk pick up my phone the next day, they told me that insurance did not approve and hence did not call in the prescription to their desired pharmacy. They said they will call back after talking to insurance and did not hear back for more than 3 days. When I am trying to reach them now, no one is picking up the phone. One thing I don't understand is why would Insurance deny calling in a medicine where I could be given an option to pay from my pocket if I chose to. Finally had to drive to their office to talk to the reception who mentioned they are short staffed and their call center staff is also short staffed and put me in tocuh with the doctor's PA who mentioned that they will try to reach out to the insurance and gave me some samples of the medicine for temporary use. They initially said they will call the insurance and call me back three days ago and didn't bother calling the insurance. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service."

"We had 3 new patients appointments in a row and arrived at the office 15 minutes early. There were mistakes in our info and the tablet was not working for login/check-in. I've tried 6 times. The front desk lady, without patience just repeated "are you using 4 digits on your year of birth???" Yes, I was. When she snorting and showing impatience took the tablet and found that were typos. She send me to the chairs to wait, when came a lady from inside and communicated that only two of us would be seen by the doctor because we were 8 minutes late (?!?!). I said that we've been there 15 min in advance, she went to check with the colleagues on front desk and entered back. Not a word, an apology for the misunderstanding. When I entered the room, I was communicated by the nurse that doctor would be able to see only one concern of each of us. At this time I lose my mind! We've travelled one hour to be there, to be treated like this!?!? I was almost going, but decided to have my kids seen. Doctor came in, explained that an error was made by scheduling 3 new patients in a row, apologize and make all she could to fix the situation. She was nice and kind, but I won't be back. I never was so mistreated in my life."

"I have been coming here for almost 20 years and I do not like this new group. The note about not being more than 10 minutes late should be in the texts they send, not on the desk that I'm not going to see from my home. After driving for 45 minutes, I was about 5 minutes over that time and therefore I had to reschedule. If this had still been Windsor dermatology I most likely would have been seen even if I had to wait a while longer. The only reason I am staying with them despite the long drive is because I am more than satisfied with Dr. Nieves work."

"My Husband and I were very pleased with our visit. The doctor was very personable explained everything she had a great sense of humor. The nurse and the front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer. We highly recommend this group."
