"Felt very confident with dentist performing my root canal & fitting for 2 crowns; however she was pulled between many patients which gave me feeling of understaffed per "dentists" against appeared to be too many patients for 1 dentist. Assistants seemed to b enough to go around between patients"
"Encore Denatl of Shrewsbury has been wonderful. The staff has always been polite and extremely helpful. I am someone who has a low threshold for pain, I do not like dentists. Explaining my concerns to Encore has been extremely helpful. They listened and always checked on my comfort level and ready to give me as much novicain as needed, 4 shots i needed. They don't act as if I am strange and as I am waiting. They go and care for others. I couldn't be happier with Encore. They have given me several root canals with no pain. I will always be afraid of dentist, but not the ones at Encore. Thanks"
