"Had a pre arrangement set up with Main St. Dental of Beckett, which was to get a number of extractions plus a set of dentures. I set up a payment arrangement and paid off the dentures when I was to start my payment plan for the extractions. All of a sudden 1 day before my procedure, they called me to let me know that they no longer do payment arrangements (even though it was already In the works pre-arranged). So basically if I did not come up with the amount of over $7000 I was not getting the procedure, which btw they decided to also raise all prices which rose the price by over $1000. So I am now stuck with a set of dentures which I paid over $1300 plus all appointments for fittings, and don't know what to do with them. We had a plan which was to get extractions and dentures put in right after. This is proof that they do not care for their patients and are greedy as the rest of them. They did not respect their arrangement."

"Great experience. Everyone was very kind and personable, willing to explain anything you needed answered, without sighing, sounding tired of repeating themselves (which I know can happen when you work with the public!), or just being grumpy. It was nice to be treated with respect and kindness. Office was busy on the day of my visit, but they handled it well, (and I am a patient person). One thing I did notice that ALL staff that day was female, from the front desk to the dentists. Kind of cool. All my records were in order - no problems checking out. Have been using that office for years, through all transitions of company. Will definitely keep going there."
