"Karen is an amazing stylist! She listens to her clients and helps them achieve the looks they are going for!"
"Please use caution if you have light hair or are going light. They put me under heat (completely unnecessary as I was already blonde, and left me under said heat for 30 min. Then they applied a toner which they forgot about and it was on my head for a full 40 min. By the time I was washed, they couldn't even comb it. It was completely fried, they couldn't brush it, I left with a wet head full of Knots and it was gummy. Thankfully I was able to rescue it at home with a treatment."
