"Brought a specialized Rockhopper direct from manufacturer (online) and made a mistake in sizing for my daughter. Called Specialized to see if there was any way to go to a local shop and exchange for a smaller size. Basically was told that since the bike was made(put together) there was nothing that could be done especially b/c the packaging was trashed. Looked online for a shop that had the same bike and color and found one in Montclair NJ (I live in Long Island NY) Manager Dave was super friendly and agreed to do the swap(which other stores were hesitant) All in all, we all shop online to try to save a little money and get a deal, but I was more than happy to buy extra stuff due to the friendly conversation and the willingness to help. I would have no problem driving 1.5 hrs again here to get my next bike"
