"EDIT: The customer service rep was very helpful and gave us a partial refund, so I am amending my review. Their staff is not at fault for our issues anyway just to be clear; just a symptom of the industry as a whole. ---- Every time we get a car here there is a problem with it. The first time they gave us a car with old windshield wipers, now they give us a car with a radio that stays on and drains the battery. We call and their only suggestion/offer is to call another branch and hope they have a car. If you want a car that works, don’t come here. I guess by the other reviews you have to shell out for a luxury rental if you want to get to your destination in one piece."

"I have always had outstanding experiences at Enterprise in Ridgewood, NJ. Most recently, I rented a car for one week. Callie was the agent who not only helped with the rental details, but generously picked me up at the train station and drove me to the branch, and one week later drove me to my workplace from the branch. She was friendly, courteous and professional. So impressed with the great staff at the Ridgewood branch. Thank you."
